Answerman Management LLC d/b/a BlastLister ("BlastLister," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company, operates the website located at blastlister.com and the BlastLister application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service. Please read this policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account data: name, email address, and password when you register.
• Payment data: billing information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Listing data: product titles, descriptions, photos, prices, and other content you create or import through the Service.
• Marketplace credentials: access tokens or session data for third-party marketplaces you choose to connect (eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Mercari, Grailed, Whatnot, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy). These are stored encrypted and used solely to post listings on your behalf.
• Communications: messages you send to our support team.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session duration.
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To post listings to connected marketplaces on your behalf.
• To generate AI-assisted listing content using the information you provide.
• To send transactional emails (login links, order alerts, subscription notices).
• To respond to your support requests.
• To monitor and improve the performance and security of the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your listing content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Third-party marketplaces: when you direct us to post a listing, we transmit the necessary listing data to the marketplace(s) you select. Each marketplace's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
• Service providers: we work with trusted vendors including Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI listing generation), and Resend (email delivery). These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.
• Business transfers: if BlastLister is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on the Service before your information is transferred.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of BlastLister, our users, or the public.
• Affiliate and referral partnerships: BlastLister maintains affiliate and referral relationships with certain Marketplaces, including but not limited to Vinted, Whatnot, and Mercari. When you access or register for a Marketplace through a referral link, affiliate link, or other tracked URL provided by or through the Service, BlastLister may transmit certain non-personally-identifiable technical data (such as click identifiers or session tokens) to the applicable Marketplace solely for the purpose of attributing the referral and receiving any applicable commission or fee. BlastLister does not transmit your name, email address, or other personal information to Marketplaces in connection with referral attribution beyond what is necessary for that purpose. You may access any Marketplace directly, without using BlastLister's referral links, and doing so will not affect your ability to use the Service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or tax purposes. Listing data and order records may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage of marketplace credentials, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately at privacy@blastlister.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Portability: request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Opt-out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email.
